Everything — design, architecture, construction, and supervision — is done in-house by our own team. We don't hand your project off to subcontractors, which means there's one team accountable for the result, start to finish.
Who handles Dubai Municipality approvals?
We do. Permit submissions and DM approvals are part of our process, not something you need to manage separately or chase up on your own.
How much does a project cost?
From around 1,500 AED/m² for turnkey renovations, covering every stage from first-fix works to final décor. The final figure depends on scope — a design-only project and a full turnkey build sit at very different price points — so we give you a clear, itemised quote upfront, and publish a cost guide for ballpark figures before you reach out.
How long does a project take?
Timelines vary by scope and approvals, but we give you a clear timeline upfront and stick to it. You'll get regular progress updates throughout — including weekly photos — so you always know where things stand.
Is there a warranty on the work?
Yes, completed work is covered by warranty. Any issues after handover are resolved by the same team that built it.
Can you deliver a space that's ready for Airbnb or short-term rental?
