Apartment Renovation in The Greens

This 115 m² three-bedroom apartment in the Panorama complex, The Greens was renovated from A to Z — a complete turnkey transformation. The biggest change was the kitchen: originally a closed, walled-off room, we removed the dividing wall to create an open-plan living space. All three bathrooms were rebuilt from scratch, with new tiling and plumbing throughout. Across the apartment, walls were levelled and fully repainted, every door replaced, and the built-in wardrobes and wall panelling updated. D5 handled the entire project in-house — design, construction, finishing and handover — with one team accountable from start to finish.
